60 people attended a very successful Burns Supper run by Lubavitch-L'Chaim's
Restaurant and held at the Glasgow Maccabi Function Suite. Due to high demand
it had to move from the restaurant to larger premises.

Guest speakers were Chairman Steven Kayne who made the toast to the immortal
memory and the toast to the Lassies.

David Clapham recited all of Tam o' Shanter and made the toast to the Haggis.
Reply to the toast to the Lassies was given by Debra Clapham.

Both Steven and David kept the audience entertained throughout the evening
with their humour and jokes.
The Selkirk Grace and grace after meals was recited by Rabbi Chaim Jacobs
and the Haggis was piped in by a local piper. The poem Willie Wastle was
recited by Paul Tollet.
The entire event was planned and organised by restaurant manager and co
Director of Lubavitch Scotland Mrs Sora Jacobs.

Special thanks are due to Steven Kayne and David Clapham for the numerous hours
of work put into planning and preparing for this very successful social event.
